Registration Fees
Registration Fees must be paid by all the participants in this Symposium. To pay for your participation and
the participation of any accompanying person please click

the appropriate type of Registration.
Conference Participant (Full): EUR 350.00
These include:
formal registration to this IUTAM Symposium;
printed book of abstracts;
morning and afternoon coffee breaks (selection of sweet and
salt hand-made pastries with hot and cold drinks);
4 packet-lunches (selection of hand-made food with cold drinks);
Conference Dinner (appetizers, first and second dish, dessert, mineral water,
wines, coffee, Prosecco);
solo piano concert evening by the virtuoso
British pianist
Martin Jones, held in the Concert Hall
of the Conservatorio di Musica "Benedetto Marcello".
Student Participant (Reduced): EUR 200.00
These include:

Cancellation Policy and Refunds
All refund requests for cancellation must be submitted by e-mail to CHAIR.
The refund of your paid registration fees will be made according to the following deadlines and amounts.
On or before January 15, 2016: full refund, subject to a 3% credit card charge or a subtraction
of the bank wiring fees if applicable.
January 16 - March 15, 2016: a cancellation fee of EUR 100.00 will be applied.
After March 16, 2016: no refund.
